Alex is the operations manager of All County Window Cleaning NJ and CEO of Window Cleaning Resource.com I have been cleaning windows for 8 years. My specialty is cleaning residential windows. I am also trained and capable of training others in cleaning commercial storefront windows. I have been a member of the IWCA for 4 years and have attended 3 conventions. In 1990, Bill started drilling artesian wells and installing whole home water filtration systems. In September 1998, Bill moved to a company that designs and builds RO/ DI systems for some of the worlds largest computer data storage systems and some of biggest hospitals in Boston. Bills job as lead installer was to build systems as small as .5 gpm to as large as 60+ gpm. As well as being a Massachusetts licensed plumber, Bill along with his wife Linda own and operate Tollins Window Cleaning in Boston.
